On the morning of October 14, 2023, Bac Lieu University coordinated with the VNU-HCM Center for Educational Accreditation and the External Assessment team to organize the closing program of the official educational facilities quality accreditation survey of Bac Lieu University

After working independently, objectively, overly and transparently from October 10 to 14, 2023 at Bac Lieu University, the External Assessment Team conducted the following activities: researching documents, conducting field surveys, interviewing leaders, officials - lecturers - staff, learners, former learners, employers to serving the educational institutions quality accreditation according to the standards of Education and Training Ministry. Head of the External Assessment Team –Ass.Prof.Dr. Tran Thi Hong and members approved the preliminary report of the official survey results of Bac Lieu University.

Accordingly, Bac Lieu University has promoted well and has strong points such as: The school receives support from Leaders of Bac Lieu provincial People's Committee; Leadership and management team has been dynamic, determined to implement innovation; A team of lecturers are enthusiastic with their job; Training activities are organized systematically; The network of quality control teams in units of the school operates actively; Community service activities are diverse and connects to expertise. At the same time, the External Assessment team made important recommendations to help the school orient its development, overcome difficulties and limitations to gradually further improve the quality of training, scientific research, and community service.

On behalf of the BLU’s leadership, Dr. Phan Van Dan - President respectfully thanked and acknowledged the frank, objective, honest assessments and recommendations raised by the External Assessment team. This is an important basis to help the School strategize and build specific plans to level up to new standards. With current achievement results, the President also praised the spirit of solidarity, responsibility and efforts of all lecturers, officials - workers and students; He also sincerely thanked businesses, Departments and educational institutions inside and outside the province for their responsible companionship with the School in training high-quality human resources.
