Implementing the Educational Institutions Accreditation Plan in 2023, on the morning of October 10, 2023, Bac Lieu University coordinated with the VNU-HCM Center for Educational Accreditation (CEA) and the External Assessment team held the grand opening of official educational institutions accreditiation survey at Bac Lieu University
The event welcomed Ass.Prof. Dr. Le Ngoc Quynh Lam - Director of the VNU-HCM Center for Educational Accreditation; Ass. Prof. Dr. Tran Thi Hong - Vice President of Nguyen Tat Thanh University, Head of the External assessment team; members and the professional secretary of the evaluation team;

At the event, the VNU-HCM Center for Educational Accreditation announced the Decision to establish the External assessment team at Bac Lieu University. Accordingly, the External assessment team will carry out the inspection of the educational institution at Bac Lieu University from October 10 to 14, 2023 with main activities: observing classes, surveying and discussing with affiliated school units; Interviewing representatives of the Communist party, University Council, Board of Rector, Scientific and Training Council, unions, leaders of school units, leaders of branch, lecturers, experts, students and alumni and employers recruiting students from Bac Lieu University; Researching evidence files

At the opening ceremony, Dr. Phan Van Dan – President introduced an overview of the establishment and development process of the University. With the attention from the leaders of the Provincial communist party, the People's Committee of Bac Lieu province and with the efforts and responsibilities from the group of leaders, officials and students, Bac Lieu University has made progress since its establishment; strongly, gradually affirming its position in human resource training in the Ca Mau Peninsula region.
The Bac Lieu University’s president reported summarizing the process of implementing educational institutions self-assessment. At the same time, he also requested the school related leaders, unions, lecturers, employees and students to actively participate with the External evaluation team by the highest sense of co-implementation.

Through the preliminary survey on September 21, 2023 and the official survey this time, the assessment team will conduct it on the basis of ensuring the principles of professionalism, transparency and quality that will be the basis for evaluating the results of educational institutions accreditation at Bac Lieu University. Thereby, proposals for the school in administration, strategic planning, training, scientific research and serving the community accurately and promptly in accordance with the development conditions of the school will be reccommended by the delegation.
